With a career marked by excellence and innovation, Dominic's journey in the kitchen has been shaped by his formal training under the mentorship of renowned chefs Paul Albrecht and Joel Antuens. His dedication to the craft is evident in his unwavering passion for creating freshly prepared dishes using only the finest ingredients and spices. Chef Simpson’s commitment to quality and flavor has solidified his reputation as a master of the culinary arts, and his unique approach continues to inspire and delight diners from all across the country.

Chef Jeff, a Columbus, Ohio native, has always been inspired by Southern culture, history, and cuisine. His culinary journey began in corporate kitchens, where he honed his skills before a transformative trip to Florida. It was there that he discovered independent restaurants and fell in love with the artistry of à la minute Haute French Cuisine at the exceptional La Cachette de la Plage. This experience sparked a passion that led him to travel the U.S., refining his craft and creating regional dishes that showcase local ingredients. Now at The Partridge Inn, Chef Jeff brings his expertise to Georgia, blending Southern flavors with fine dining techniques to create unforgettable, elevated dishes.
